rugby finals

lol, its a stroke of ironic beauty dat when dey sae dat ac n raffles r traditional rivals, somehow or other we're meeting each other in e finals. dis wk alone, e tennis, rugby & hockey r slated to meet rjc in e A div finals. but gold was not to be.

went down to watch e rugby match, real tired after onli sleeping 2 hrs rushing my world lit essay. thx God i rushed it, if not i'll haf suffered e unfortunate fate of mani hu didnt. it was scary. enuff stress frm lessons. okie, e match was gd, everyone was in high spirits. IT WAS VEH CLOSE. i mean real close. we were lyk, up 3-0 owing to a penalty. den when rj touched down dey were up 5-3. dey din convert e kick though, somehow or other, their kicking was kinda bad, din even pass e touchline. dude, e ball landed in btw e posts, but 3 meters out. lyk wth. bleahx. budden after e interval in e 2nd half we had dis reali crazy push where our guys literally pushed one of our players holding e ball all e way frm 10 meters out to e touch down line. it was crazy. e whole skool was shouting 'PUSH! PUSH! PUSH!' at e top of our lungs, as if everybody were helping to bring a baby into e world. touched down n converted e penalty to make it 10-5. okie so we held dem off for a long time. then came another touchdown. again, e penalty, we could count on dem to miss, so it was 10-10. wth, it was reali tense. went into sudden death when time ran out, where whoever team scores a pt first wins. bleahx, we din, as chernside put, dominate e field, and an offside error cost us a veh easy penalty which sealed our fate. we lost 10-13. sighz.

it was reali painful to watch. seriously. we cheered our hearts out. went down as one skool, cheered as one skool, n took e loss as one skool. but all e same, it was painful. sigh. n yeah, e tearful skool anthem n hakka performed with still great gusto by our reali sporting ruggers. dats e dae. on a more serious note, 4 those of u dat noe her, keep steph saw in ur prayers, cos yeah, she was in a semi conscious state after e match. poor girl.

6 yrs in acsi passes so fast. through those, i've witnessed victories, n defeats, rep e skool, sweat 4 e skool, bled 4 e skool.
